High Pressure Cleaner

What you need

      • Place the high pressure cleaner front down.

      • Unscrew and remove the cover.

      • Unscrew the case.

      • If necessary, hammer off the wheels.

      • Open the case.

      • Keep unscrewing the case.

      • Remove the water hose.

      • Open the mounting splint.

      • Remove the water container.

      • Open the snap-on attachments.

      • Open the motor case.

      • Remove the motor.

      • Remove the water tubes.

      • Remove the wires.

      • Open the snap on attachment.

      • Open the motor.

      • Hammer open the pump case.

      • Open the pump case.

      • Cut the wires.

      • Unscrew the compressor case.

      • Unscrew the compressor.

      • Lift off the compressor.

      • Remove the compressor oil by pouring into a safe container.

      • Unscrew the compressor case.

      • Remove the gear.

      • Clean the motor shaft.

      • Remove the water pipes.

      • Separate the remaining materials according to their type and go on with the appropriate data sheet (e.g. aluminium, ferrous metals, plastic, further PWBs, etc.).

      • Make sure the plastic parts are completely free of metal pieces.
