Dismantling doesn't include any harmful steps. Nonetheless workers should wear personal protection equipment like gloves, goggles, apron and robust shoes.

Note: This is a general guide for most ovens. As the construction can differ, the dismantling steps mentioned below can vary in their order. However, the described steps show what parts the removal should focus on.

What you need

1. Step 1 Oven
  Remove the screws on the top cover.

  Remove the grounding wire.
  
  Pry off the plugs.

  Remove the screws of the cover.
  
  Remove the cover.

  Unplug the switches.
  
  Remove the controll buttons
  
  Remove the screws on the button fixtures.

  Unplug the adjusting controllers.
  
  Remove all the adjusting controllers.

  Remove all the screws from the bottom case.

  Unscrew and remove the fixtures insulation.

  Remove the screws from the fan assembly.
  
  Lift off the fan wires.

  Cut the plastic rings holding the the wires.
  
  Unscrew the ground cables.

  Remove the screws from the case.

  Pry off the hinge.

  Unscrew and remove the bottom.

  Peel off the rubber sealing.

  Remove the metal rails that held the insulation wool.

  Remove the screws from the fan.

  Empty the case.

  Separate the remaining materials according to their type and go on with the appropriate data sheet (e.g. aluminium, ferrous metals, plastic, further PWBs, etc.).
  
  Make sure the plastic parts are completely free of metal pieces.
