Radio CD Recorder

What you need

    1. Radio CD Recorder, Radio CD Recorder: step 1, image 1 of 1
      • Remove the batteries and the battery cover.

      • Remove the antenna.

      • Remove the screws from the back of the case and take it off.

      • Remove the remaining screws of the cover.

      • Seperate the front from the back cover.

      • Remove the screws of the coil.

      • Pry out the coil and remove it.

      • Unscrew the PWB.

      • Cut the cables running to the PWB.

      • Remove the cables and the ring around them.

      • Unclip the wires from the PWB.

      • Cut the wires of the speakers.

      • Remove the PWB.

      • Pry out the speakers.

      • Remove the screws from the tape device.

      • Remove the tape deck controls.

      • Unscrew and remove the PWB.

      • Push out the speaker covers and remove them.

      • Cut off the display and remove it.

      • Unscrew and remove the PWB.

      • Cut the wire that connects the larger PWB to the smaller one.

      • Unscrew and remove the smaller PWB.

      • Unscrew and remove the tape deck device.

      • Separate the remaining materials according to their type and go on with the appropriate data sheet (e.g. aluminium, ferrous metals, plastic, further PWBs, etc.).

      • Make sure the plastic parts are completely free of metal pieces.
